Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon successful payment.
• Booking confirmations will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• Prices shown are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Barket reserves the right to change event pricing without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will not be affected.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• All bookings are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds once a ticket is purchased, for any reason.
• Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your booking.
• If Barket cancels an event, a full refund or the option to rebook will be provided.
• Bookings can be transferred to another person once only — email [email protected] with your booking reference and the new attendee's details. Transferred bookings cannot be transferred again or refunded.

3. Health & Safety

• Participants attend at their own risk. Barket is not responsible for any allergies or reactions to animals.
• If you have a known dog allergy, please consult your physician before attending.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• Participants must follow all instructions from Barket facilitators and staff.
• Barket reserves the right to refuse entry to any person deemed unfit to participate safely.

4. Animal Welfare

• All puppies are treated with the highest standards of care and welfare.
• Participants must not pick up, carry, or handle puppies without permission from the facilitator.
• Any participant found mistreating animals will be immediately removed from the event without refund.
• Barket reserves the right to end a puppy's session at any time if they show signs of stress or fatigue.

5. Photography & Media

• By attending a Barket event, you consent to being photographed and filmed for marketing purposes.
• If you do not wish to be featured in any media, please notify our staff upon arrival.

6. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

7. Limitation of Liability

Barket (Anrish Solutions Pvt Ltd) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your booking.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
