Liability Waiver & Health Declaration

Voluntary participation
I understand that participation in Barket events (including Puppy Yoga, Paint with Puppies, Pottery Painting and similar experiences) involves interaction with live animals and is entirely voluntary.
Assumption of risk
I acknowledge that interacting with animals carries inherent risks including, but not limited to, scratches, bites, allergic reactions, trips, and falls. I voluntarily assume all such risks for myself and any minors or guests in my booking.
Health & allergies
I confirm that I (and everyone in my booking) am in suitable health to participate and have no allergies or medical conditions that would make participation unsafe. I will inform Barket staff of any relevant condition before the session begins.
Animal welfare & conduct
I agree to follow all staff instructions, handle the animals gently, and not feed, pick up, or disturb them without guidance. Barket may ask anyone behaving unsafely to leave without refund.
Release of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Anrish Solutions Pvt Ltd (Barket), its staff, partners, and venue hosts from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
Media consent
I understand photos/videos may be taken at events and consent to their use by Barket for promotional purposes. I may withdraw this consent by writing to [email protected].
Minors
If any attendee is under 18, I confirm I am their parent or legal guardian (or authorised by one) and accept these terms on their behalf.
