Barket sells tickets to experiences — there are no physical goods shipped. Here's how you receive what you book.
Digital ticket delivery
- Your ticket with a unique QR code is delivered instantly by email to the address provided at checkout, immediately after successful payment.
- Your ticket is also always available under My Account → My Bookings.
- If your payment is processing, your ticket is sent the moment it is confirmed (usually within minutes).
Didn't receive your ticket?
- Check your spam/promotions folder.
- Log in to My Account to view and re-download your ticket anytime.
- Still stuck? Email [email protected] with your booking reference and we'll resend it right away.
At the venue
Simply show your QR code (on your phone or printed) at the entrance. Our team will scan it to check you in. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
