Terms and Conditions.
By purchasing tickets for Barket, I acknowledge that:
- I have no allergies to animals, including those featured in the session.
- I can attend the session at the specified date and time.
- I understand the inherent risks involved in participating, including the possibility of injury to myself or others.
- Photography and videography may occur during the class.
- My images and videos from Barket sessions may be used for marketing purposes.
- Barket reserves the right to remove and ban individuals displaying violent or inappropriate behavior towards animals or people, or disrupting the session.
- I will not be entitled to any refund under any circumstances, however, I can transfer my tickets to someone else.
- I must maintain a lowered voice while speaking during the yoga class to respect other participants.
- I must arrive at least 5 minutes early for my class.
- I am solely responsible for arriving on time.
In the event that Puppy Yoga Barket must cancel a class due to circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather or concerns for the puppies' welfare, we will promptly inform all registered participants via email or phone. We will provide the choice of either receiving a voucher for booking another session within a 12-month period or obtaining a full refund for the cancelled class.
If the class does not reach the minimum enrollment requirement, Barket retains the right to cancel it. Participants will receive notification at least 24 hours before the scheduled start date under such circumstances. Participants acknowledge that a minimum of nine (12) enrollees is necessary for the scheduled class to proceed. In the event of cancellation due to inadequate attendance, participants will be given the option of a full refund or a voucher valid for 6 months.
We realize that misunderstandings can occur. If you find yourself at the wrong venue, there's no need to panic. Just reach out to us via the phone number provided in your event confirmation email, and we'll assist you in finding the right location. Please note that arriving late may result in us being unable to accommodate you, so it's advisable to confirm the address beforehand. Our priority is to make your experience with us smooth and enjoyable, so feel free to contact us for any assistance you may require.
We provide a 15-minute grace period for attendees who are running late to their class. Beyond this timeframe, the event manager and security will assess the safety of admitting latecomers to the session. If you're running behind schedule, please contact us.
